Every visit begins with a scalp analysis using a microscope, so your ritual can be fully customized to your needs. From there, expect a slow, thorough experience: scalp massage, steam, and treatment designed to relax you while addressing what your scalp actually needs. There's no facial cleansing involved, though you may experience some gentle pressure point touches on the face as part of the ritual. Every visit finishes with your choice of a rough dry or braid. Come as you are, there's nothing to prepare, just time set aside to be cared for.

Yes. We don't treat clients in their third trimester of pregnancy, anyone currently wearing extensions, or keiki under 12. If you've had recent surgery or are on any medications, please consult with your doctor prior to booking.

Please let us know ahead of time so your treatment can be fully customized to your needs. We do offer fragrance-free products, but for specific allergies or sensitivities, kindly let us know in advance, either by email or by filling out the form at booking.

We don't treat anyone under 12 for head spa services. However, keiki are welcome to come in for a consult under parent supervision, so we can start understanding their scalp and hair needs early, even if treatment isn't the right fit just yet.

We don't treat clients currently wearing extensions, this is to protect the integrity of your hair and allow for a truly thorough scalp cleanse, which extensions can make difficult to do safely. For the most satisfying experience, we recommend booking in between move-ups, when your scalp and natural hair are fully accessible.

No - we do not offer color services but can provide a recommendation based on your goals.
